Peter
Lane creates expressive and bold sculptures whose subtlety contrasts
dramatically with their size, including large-scale, free-standing
architecturally inspired screens, furniture and wall reliefs that
are at home in both modern and traditional residences. He combines
a range of glaze treatments, as well as richly textured and altered
surfaces, which reveal the rawness of natural clay and touch of
the artist's hand. Peter's work and sensibility uniquely bridge
the worlds of art and design. He is widely collected in the US
and Europe, including the collection of Les Arts Decoratifs in
